Glossary

Chakras - there are at least 7 main centres in the body in which the energy flows through.  The ones we will refer to are the Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root.

Mandala - is an ancient symbol for Unity Consciousness.

Multidimensional - We have now evolved to a level that is said to be multidimensional where parts of our DNA have been activated. For example the Plant Wisdom workshops and talking to Plants is part of this new way of being.

Sacred Geometry - is the language of nature and the source code for all patterns of growth.

Metatrons Cube - is said to contain all of the geometric shapes in creation which represent the patterns that make up the universe.
