Join Pauline White, the creator of Plant Wisdom and Nicole Scarab Deva, an internationally known facilitator and wisdom teacher in this magical process.
You will learn how to communicate with plants, make a ceremonial earth cloth along with an earth connecting meditation in the surrounds of Kings Park as part of the wildflower festival.
All materials supplied
Requirements: Please bring drinking water, towel or yoga mat and make sure you are well hydrated.
Snacks and chat 2-2.30pm (optional) Please bring snacks.

You will learn how to have a conversation with plants, and then make that conversation visible on a TShirt using heliographic dyes.
We will begin with an earth connecting meditation.
Requirements: Please bring a white cotton Tshirt. All other materials will be supplied.
Make sure you are well hydrated and bring drinking water, a towel or yoga mat.
Snack and chat 2-2.30 (optional) please bring something to eat.

DAILY MEDITATION

Scarab will guide you through a gentle combination of Kundalini Yoga, Guided meditation, Shamanic journeying together with group energy healing.
Scarab draws on 20 years of experience with shamanic, yogic and psychological practice; and facilitates groups, classes and retreats internationally.

BASKETMAKING USING SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS SESSION 1
